I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room I stayed in had recently been updated, which was a great improvement. It was clean, had a nice headboard, and even multiple charging options. The amenities like the refrigerator, HDTV, and free Wi-Fi were just what I needed. The only slight letdown was that some areas appeared tired-looking, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.
I was a bit surprised to find my room stunk like cigarettes, although I didn't realize I needed to request a non-smoking room explicitly. On the bright side, the room had all the amenities I needed, and the check-in process was smooth.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room I had through hotwire was spacious and even had a sofa and jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. However, it was a bit damp, making the sheets feel not completely dry. The service was decent, with everyone being friendly and helpful, although it did get a bit loud in the morning at 8:30. The location was convenient, close to restaurants, gas stations, and the expressway, without being too close to road noise. The dining experience at the hotel was standard, offering a variety of breakfast options, including their delicious cinnamon rolls.
